Turkish Food#3

Hari ini saya nak kongsikan lagi resepi makanan Turki yang lain. Makanan ni terkenal di sebuah bandar yang dipanggil Eskişehir. Namanya ialah Çiğ Börek atau dalam bahasa Melayunya ialah Pai Mentah@pastri mentah. Kenapa mentah? Orang Turki ni makan mentah-mentah ke? Tak dimasak? Bukan makan mentah. Tapi inti daging kisar yang diletakkan dalam doh pastri tu adalah mentah. Dan bila doh pastri digoreng atas kuali, doh akan naik mengembung macam ikan buntal dan daging kisar tu akan masak dalam suhu yang panas atau stim. Korang boleh google dalam youtube atau tinggalkan komen anda di bawah untuk pertanyaan lanjut dan saya akan cuba membalas secepat mungkin. Resepinya adalah seperti di bawah. Bahan-bahan: Untuk inti daging kisar (anggaran 250gr) 1 biji bawang holland segenggam daun sup 1/2 cawan air garam secukup rasa lada hitam sepedas rasa. ;) Untuk doh 2 cawan tepung 2 sudu teh garam 1 paket karbonat air secukupnya Cara penyediaan: sediakan bahan doh dahulu. gaulkan

Assalamualaikum and hello to all my readers! Yesterday I made salty cookies or in turkish they call tuzlu kürabiye. And I am going to share the recipes to all of you and welcome to try!  Ingredients: 250gr margarine 2 table spoon  oil (cooking oil or corn oil) 2 table spoon sugar 2 table spoon vinegar 1 packet carbonat powder 1 dessert spoon salt 1 egg yolk 3 cups flour sesames for decoration on cookies Preparation: mix all ingredients and  you can roll out dough. Make sure it is not too thick or too thin. Get any desirable cookie cutters or you can roll it with your hand or knife.As you wish! Bring out your talent!🙅 In the meanwhile, preheat oven to 350°f(177°c). Do not forget to put egg yolk over your cookies and sesame. Bake around 15 to 20mins or until lightly browned around the edges.

   Assalamualaikum and hello to all my readers. I am facing a major set back in my life like everybody else experience at some point in time. But then I said "enough is enough!" While thinking of ways I could do to start the change I desperately need in all aspect of my life, I came across an add somewhat similar to what you are looking at right now. I am not sure but I am going to give it a try. So, I am starting to write on the blog and try to make income out from it. It is unbelievable to say that I am master degree graduated but I DO NOT HAVE A JOB! Who wouldn't like to do something you love to do and continue improving yourself?! I mean developing personal growth and at the same time moving ahead building the future that only you have dreamed for yourself and your family and generally enjoying all the perks you can imagine. Assalamualaikum and Hello to all my readers. Hari ini saya nak kongsikan tentang makanan Turki. Untuk pertama kalinya setelah 7 tahun berada di Turki, mengadaptasi gaya hidup orang timur tengah, bahasa, budaya dan sebagainya, saya telah buat keputusan untuk memulakan blog tentang makanan Turki yang sedap-sedap belaka. Jadi, kepada para followers saya yang ada dan akan datang, saya akan hashtag setiap jenis makanan untuk memudahkan korang melihat resipi-resipi yang ada dan cuba di rumah. Ok, saya akan kongsikan resepi Mercimek köftesi ataupun dalam bahasa Melayu ialah Bebola Kacang Dal Merah.  Orang Malaysia kita kalau nampak kacang dal ni, yang diorang tau buat kuah dal cecah roti canai. Kalau di Turki diorang buat bebola. Selain tu diorang buat sup juga. Tapi, untuk hari ini saya akan kongsikan bebola kacang dal merah dulu. Mari kita lihat resepi di bawah. Assalamualaikum and Hello to my readers! After 7 years I didn't update at all my blog. So much things happened. Graduated. Married. Lovely little boy and full time as housewife make me super crazy mom and wife. I will update about my life later. But now I want to focus on about wax products as I am living in Turkey now, so I had learned alot about wax stuff and wax products! Ok, girls...please and please read and check and try product that suit your skin. As from my personal experiment, I think every wax product are depend on your skin types, hair types or let say ...how hairy you are. I know it is embarrassing but still in some culture they don't care. Ok, the first picture here is Sır Ağda Bandı, it means wax strip. For me, it  does not give so much different with Veet Wax Strip. If you are not use to wax, that for sure will give you a little evil torture there. hahaha. ı am not prefer, because it is not pull out all hair properly and not skin friendly. but still waxa
